Black Country Brass will be at the Gornal Light Switch On event on Kent Street in Lower Gornal, providing festive music as the community comes together to switch on the Christmas lights. Starting at 5pm, this is one of those brilliant local traditions that marks the real start of the Christmas season in Gornal. There is nothing quite like seeing the lights come on for the first time while a brass band plays carols in the background.
The light switch on event is always a wonderful community gathering, with families, friends, and neighbours coming out to celebrate together. We will be playing a selection of Christmas carols and festive favourites to get everyone into the holiday spirit.
